Frame installation continues: rows of columns are already standing on the grid, and cranes are setting rebar cages. Foundation reinforcement and the pipeline proceed in parallel. The access road along the plot is already paved.

Frame installation is under way: cranes are setting columns across the grid, some piers are already in concrete. Utilities are being laid in parallel, and the access road along the plot is being paved.
Status as of 25 September 2026
Column installation is under way: concrete pours in formwork, erected piers and rebar cages. The site entrance and compound are in place.
Status as of 15 September 2026
Foundation works continued: the pocket grid was in place, column cages were being installed, grade-beam cages assembled. Pavement was being laid along the access road.
Status as of 18 August 2026
Earthworks, utilities installation and foundation pockets were under way on site.
Phase A — 62 714 m²
First phase of the warehouse complex. Completion — end of Q2 2027. Deal formats: lease and built-to-suit.
